Cancellation policies
If you need to cancel or reschedule we require 48 hour notice for all services. Cancelling after 48 hours will result in 50% charge of the service value on day of cancellation. On the second offence , the entire amount of the service value will be required to pay on day of service. We ask that you please reschedule or cancel 2 days before the beginning of your appointment.Payment policies
Invoices need to be paid in full on day of service. We understand things come up, please speak with us ahead of time if payment needs to be discussed.
